It enables public servants to access and manage employment-related information, including personal details, salary information, and service records.

Which Details Do You Need to Reset Your ESS Utumishi Account Password?

To reset your ESS Utumishi Portal password, you will need the following documents:

Check Number
Email Address

Make sure the email address is the same one you used during registration on the ESS Portal.

How to Reset Your ESS Utumishi Account Password?

Once you have the required details, you can easily reset your ESS Utumishi Portal password by following these steps:

Go to the ESS Utumishi Portal

Click this link: ess.utumishi.go.tz/sessions/signin to reset your account password. This will take you to the ESS Utumishi Portal.

Click the “Reset Password?”

Now, the ESS Utumishi Portal will display on your screen. You have to click the “Reset Password?” button that is located at the bottom left of the webpage.

Enter Your Check Number and Email Address

After clicking the link, a new form will appear on your screen. Enter your check number in the upper input box and your email address in the lower input box of the form.

Click the Reset Password Button

Now, double-check the information you’ve provided to ensure it is correct. Once verified, click the “Reset Password” button. Afterward, a “Password Reset Success” message will appear on your screen.

Get Your New Password

The ESS Portal will now send you an email containing your username and new password. Check your email to retrieve your new password.

Login to Your Account With New Password

Lastly, log in to your ESS Utumishi Portal by entering your check number and the new password.

Congratulations! You have successfully reset your ESS Utumishi Portal password.
